Security Cameras
Security cameras are one of the most important part of any security system aimed to protect people, assets and premises. The cameras not only act as a deterrent for undesirable activities, they also provide real time visual information of events happening anywhere within and outside a building as well as a recording of past events.
Our team of experts take the time to fully understand your security challenges and after assessing the environment make recommendations for a system that ensures the number of cameras, camera placement for each camera and the recording capability meets your needs.
We offer a wide range of IP and Analog (TVI) cameras from industry leading brands that are known for their performance and reliability. Our team is trained to troubleshoot existing security systems including repair and maintenance. Our warranty includes labor and free inspection We also provide lifetime support services for our installed systems

Networking
Having a robust and reliable network infrastructure is vital for speedy and secure communication as well as running modern business applications.
At Broadlink we specialize in the design and installation of fast and reliable wired network for commercial and residential clients of all sizes. We offer flexible schedule in order to ensure minimum interruption to your work during business hours.
Our team of professional network designers and installers go above and beyond to understand and identify your business or home requirements as well as growth plans, resulting in a network system installation that is guaranteed to deliver the expected reliability and speed for the long haul. Every one of our installations is professionally tested at each point.

Access Control
An access control system is installed to restrict general public access to any commercial and residential premises, allowing only authorized people to enter at all times.
Such system is most commonly installed at main residential doors, main building gates, elevators and interior doors and can be easily integrated with other security systems.
Traditionally, electronic hardware installed at the building entrance requires access credentials keyed in by authorized users to prove their identity and gain access. However, more convenient keyless access options are also available based on key cards, fobs, fingerprints or even smartphones.
A basic access control system comprises four components: the authentication device (such as key fob or key card, mobile device, fingerprints) reader, control panel and electric lock.
The reader is installed at the entrance. The users provide their identity to the reader through the authentication tool which sends that information to the control panel. The control panel contains all user information and access permissions, and instructs the door to open automatically after user authentication is confirmed.

Home Automation
Home automation creates a smart home by connecting different electrical equipment including appliances, gadgets, switches, drapery/blinds, irrigation system, garage doors, smart locks, security cameras and even thermostat or AC to a central hub that lets the user control all devices conveniently and securely through instantaneous commands or pre-set directions
Broadlink offers different options to smarten your home one part at a time such as smart switches only, or complete systems. We work with industry leading brands that have multiple products compatible with Google Assistant, Apple Homekit and Alexa.
Our team of experts will provide free support to assist you with product selection and design to meet your home automation needs.

Rough-in
Rough-in is a pre-construction process in which cables for any equipment are run through studs and other framing structures in the walls or ceiling of a new (or undergoing renovation) building and left at the designated points on both ends. The equipment is installed after the construction is complete.
At Broadlink we offer rough in for all services including security cameras, wired networks, audio systems, access points, access control systems etc. Our team of professionals are trained to skillfully plan the wire routes and pull them along those routes with extra care to ensure zero damage resulting in solid connections.
We take pride in the quality of our work and do not compromise at any step. Cables are pulled slowly and carefully, avoiding protruding nails or sharp edges and away from electrical wires. Cable staples and cable ties are used for wire management so that cables are not hanging loose and there is no chance of them getting in the way of construction. Cables are also labelled as they are pulled to identify each one after construction is complete. Anytime a cable gets damaged due to any reason, a new cable is pulled from start to end to avoid running into bigger issues down the road.
